We are flexible and understand that each situation is unique. We evaluate each opportunity on a case-by-case basis and are able to identify value creation opportunities in non-textbook cases.  The following high-level criteria are a general indication of what we look for:

    • Company Profile:
      • Proven reputation in the market
      • Earnings resiliency from having an established and diverse customer base
      • A differentiation and competitive advantage exists or can be created
    • Financial Profile:
      • EBITDA between $1 million to $5 million
      • >15% EBITDA margin over the last 3 years
      • Steady revenue over the last 5 years
    • Transition Scenarios:
      • Owner planning to retire or partner seeking an exit
      • Owner seeking to stay on a limited role in the company as part of retirement planning
      • Owner looking for a majority partner
      • Strong team in place
      • Corporate spin-offs
      • No early stage ventures
